    3. Service Estimates and Pricing

    All service estimates are provided based on initial diagnosis. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual work required. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    4. Warranty and Liability

    We provide a 30-day warranty on all repair services performed. This warranty covers:

    • Labor related to the original repair
    • Parts installed by our technicians (manufacturer warranty applies)

    We are not liable for data loss during repair services. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before bringing devices for repair. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

    5. Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information about the device and issues
    • Backing up all data before service
    • Providing necessary passwords and access credentials
    • Picking up repaired devices within 30 days of notification
    • Payment of all agreed-upon charges

    6. Abandoned Property

    Devices not picked up within 90 days of service completion notification will be considered abandoned property. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell abandoned devices to recover storage and service costs.
